The color section in the red box is the commonly found coloration on a SL's glowy area. Anything out this box is considered rare, black colors are even epic thus making them less commonly found than their saturated counterparts. Any colors are possible,
Plase check the subtabs for the whole list of traits.
There are many different types of traits and rarities!
