They can use partly telepathic powers, however they can not read another ID's mind! They are only capable of sending their thoughts to other individuals, and if the person wishes to respond, they do the same via sending their answer directly into the ID's mind. It is a very strange and mysterious way of communication.

Ink-Demons wear masks, each mask is individually shaped and created out of many different materials.
Ink-Demons have slim, fleixble quadrupedal bodies with a tail that is half their body size, fairly long neck and legs along with big ears and two pairs (or one) of spikes between their shoulder blades. Gems are placed in middle of their chest and forehead, they storage any kind of magic within them, they usually have flashing or pastel colors with a shine on them.
What are Ink-Demons?
​Ink-Demon doesn't have any classification, they not canine nor are they lizards and they are far away from being a dragon. They might have a lot of similarities with these animals and you can tell by now they are a huge mix of different species. The most striking feature they possess is the ink tail as well as the jagged mouth and their gems. They can be rather slow and their top speed usually isn't much faster than a regular dogs top speed. Ink-Demons can be both quadrupedal and bipedal, appearing on a feral form or an anthro form - able to craft and build things with their hand-like feet. Their strong, long legs are mostly used to climb, dig and wander through the harshest terrains which makes them - like humans - capable to live literally anywhere on In'ahek.
Their shoulder-spikes doesn't have any particular reason, most believe it is as defense when it is in fact just something to attract the other gender or to show in what rang they are. Higher ranked Demons collect things to decorate their shoulder-spikes, the more, the higher!
An IDs ink tail is very important to them, the ink on their tail is thick and water repellent, which makes them immune against any water diffusing. If they receive any hurt - as in wounds and blood loss - they can simply use their ink on their tail to restore their blood and close open wounds, but wait, there is more. They can use their tail ink for writings and as a glue, too. There is many purposes for it.
Ink-Demons rather not fight, they explore, craft, train their magical abilities and find new friends and creatures. They are well known for their alchemistry and also for their wide knowledge of herbs, plants and materials. Ink-Demons are highly intelligent and some of them are even wise and know secrets no human will ever know. Through their ability to speak telepathically they are able to communicate with any creature they wish, as long as it is intelligent enough. Some even tried to communicate with insects and certain fish, but it has been proved that some species simply are too dumb to response. Ink-Demons are inquisitive, they try to collect every little bit of knowledge they can and won't hesitate to share their wisdom.
