Terms Of Service

I always take the payment first, refund will be given before I start with the commission, once started with the sketch I will not give out refunds, sorry. No exceptions.

General Rules

  • Once started with the sketch, there will be no refunds.

  • Payment must be made within 48h hours after claiming a design.

  • My art is not to be reposted without permission, and if permission is given, I must be given credit and sourced properly.

  • You may not use my artwork for self promoting.

  • You may use my art on your page or upload it to stash/toyhouse to keep your character's art updated. With credit and linked back to the original however.

  • Once started with the sketch, there will be no refunds.

  • I reserve the right to decline any custom trade and commission at any point in time. You'll recieve full refund.

Non-Species Adoptable/Custom Rules

  • Payment must be made within 48h hours after claiming a design.

  • No restrictions however do not claim that the design is made by you. Which means any NON-SPECIES design can be used as you wish!

  • Credit should be given properly.

  • You may re-sell the design for the equal price you got it. However, we may discuss a higher price when additional art is added.

  • You may notify of trades but this isn't a must.

  • You may add, change or remove any things in the design without asking.

  • Throughout the custom process, I will send you work-in-process images and ask if changes need to be made. Let me know if anything is bothering you, I'll fix it.

Species Adoptable/Custom Rules​​

  • Adoptables are purchased designs which you can use to make your own character. You may name the character, create a personality and background information for the character as well as make minor design changes. However you may not edit/alter the original art for the design, the world, or guidelines of the species you have purchased in any way. 

  • Knowing Species rules and lore is a must.

  • Always tell me before you change your species design into a non-species design.

  • When changing/adding things to a SPECIES DESIGN please inform me and discuss details with me. Closed-Species follow restrictions.

  • I should be notified of trades that occur so I know where my designs reside, this is only a must with my CS designs.
